Gun sent for repair
I dont have a complaint. I just had a problem with my gun and Cva is fixing it. I dont like the title of your site. Not all customers are pissed and I dont like being labeled as such. Thank you.

Unsatisfactory results
Purchased Acura V2 with stainless barrel camo stock 7 years ago in 45cal. I searched 4 months before I found it in 45 caliber. This hunting season I noticed the stock was very sticky when I took out of gun case. I contacted CVA asking how to remove stickiness from stock. They said to try paint thinner but it might take camo pattern off. Then they said send address and they would replace stock and forend. I did. Then they asked what camo pattern it was. Told them and also sent photo gun. Then they needed the serial number, sent that. Then did it have swivel sling mounts or molded in stock. Im sure there were more questions. After all this they said sorry, they did not have anymore thumbhole stocks. Told me to send gun back and they would replace gun with Mr-x or Lr-x which ever I choose. Although both have stainless barrel they have Cerekote finish on barrel, no thumb hole stock. If that was the type of stock and barrel I wanted I could have bought any gun without the 4 month search. Not my fault they manufactured a stock that would become sticky. Will never buy another CVA product nor recommend them to any one

Gun will no work properly
I have a cva scout. I have had 3 scopes on this rifle. Leupold vortex none will hold their zero. Per Leupold this is the guns allinement with the scope and gun bore. All 3 scopes have been professionally mounted and bore sited at the gun shop. I would like this gun replaced. 517-285-****

New optima breech plug will not go back in
After firing the optima 6times bought new that day could not remove the breech plug.once I finally removed it with channel locks it would not completely screw back in. We removed the breech plug successfully 3 times while setting the scope. After that no luck with it at all.on further inspection we discovered the breech plug was shorter than the exact same gun in the store I purchased it at

Misfiring
Optimum V2 is having a very serious and dangerous problem. When you put the primer in (Winchester triple seven) and close the barrel it will sometimes go off. This has happened twice now over the last two years when loaded. Unload with the primer several times if it doesnt go off you can see an indentation in the primer. This is creating a very dangerous situation.

Got a new Cva accura lr-x, that was already used
Hello This is the info I sent in to CVA Note: My season for Deer Muzzle loader in MN starts Nov. 26th -Received the gun on the 11/16, delivered to my home(Copy of Receipt below) I live in Owatonna MN (75 miles south of Eden Prairie MN) -Could not find anyone that had a .45 cal CVA cleaning jag -Yesterday Scheels in Eden Prairie MN bore site it for and bought a .45 cal Spear tip Jag from them (they recommended it) -Yesterday ran one of these patches thru the bore thinking I was just going to wipe some light oil out of bore, below is what I got -1st just sent patch thru bore no brush, seen some shiny metal shavings (see below) -2nd ran dry brush thru it then the patches you see below -(After discussing with someone from CVA today) - I plan on running some Black Horn 209 solvent thru it with nylon brush then patches till clean. PRIOR TO NEXT STEP I AM HOPING TO DISCUSS THIS WITH SOMEONE FROM CVA TO SEE IF THIS MAKES SENSE, dont remember this being that way on my prior Accura bought approx. 4-5 years -Then plan on going to the range to sight it (PRIOR I AM HOPING TO DISCUSS THIS WITH SOMEONE FROM CVA) One other thing I noticed; -The anti-Seize on the Breech Plug was Silver not black like the CVA AC1682 I use on my 4 year old Accura? -After all this I examined the Breech plug closer and the carbon deposits on the inside would indicate it was definitely shot prior to me receiving it, is that normal to be shot and not clean barrel? Scheels store Omaha I dealt with had 2 more of the same models and 1 different model with internal barrels that looked the same according to person I talked to. 3 side photo's of the barrels 1)one area of fluting looks good 2)different area not so good 3)you can see faint marks that someone had front site mounted on it at one point in time
